I don't have a list but I can sort of help you with a few things....I am in the middle of planning mine. FM me any questions.

1-guest list
2-favors-yes or no
3-DJ
4-Place
5-Invites
6-Seating-open or assigned
7-Alcohol-open bar, tab etc
8-cake(we had brownie sundaes-fh fav)
9-Do first dance-yes/no(we didn't do)
10-parent speeches?(welcome speech)
11-Registry(yes so you don't get gifts you don't want, no cause people just might give you $$$$) Keep in mind-traditionally you aren't suppose to expect gifts for engagement parties, but everyone at mine gave a gift from the registry or $$$$$
