I am in dire need of help. I've been looking for a dress for my engagement party for 3 months now and I cannot find anything I love. It's a dressed up backyard party and I'm willing to wear anything as long as I LOVE it and its not too too pricey.
I've been to
both bloomingdales lord and taylor nordstroms sugar plum estelles cache macys
I need new ideas. Please help!

if you in NYC try going into some of the smaller boutique stores. some have very reasonable prices and great finds. if its been awhile, go back to the same stores, with prom season and spring just around the corner, many stores have a whole new shipment of dresses. i was in JCPenny on saturday and they had a slew of dresses.

I know it sounds crazy but JCpenny always has dresses more than any other department and so does dress barn.

just not black and not white. and pink and red aren't really my colors. i found an option at h&m yesterday but I'm just not set on it. It's blue with ruffles on the side and I could make it really dressy....
next stop century 21...

Davids Bridal actually has some cute dresses right for prom season and just regular party dresses.
