my engagement party is at the end of sept and thats basically 3 weeks ahh!!! so any ideas for favors!! some one told me like tic tac box n make labels with teh picture and dates...anyone have any other good ideas that they did?

I did a shot glass with our names on it from favorfavor.com and purple mints from party city since our theme was everything purple.

We had two favors; mini white zifandel (sp) bottles; with a favor tag that said our names and 'We're getting married' (bought the card stock from staples, printed them myself; and bought ribbons from the fabric store.
We also had really pretty candles holders i found at IKEA (snagged a bunch for only 4/$1.49!) and i dropped votive candles in each and wrapped them in tool and tied them with the same ribbon and favor tags.
Definetely saved a lot of money on them. Sorry i don't have any pictures...

we are doing chocolate truffles (all different flavors in a really cute box) from Morgan's Bay Confections...they are a vendor on here and they are amazing!

I got favor bags from Michaels that came with a ribbon and a sticker you could personalize and I filled them with Hersheys kisses.

I actually did something similar, but I also made my own chocolates & put them in the bags with Hershey kisses. I went to Candy Lane in West Islip, & got a chocolate mold that was in the shape of a diamond ring. To make it look more like a ring, I got sugar dust (you brush it on the chocolate & it shimmers).
