I am having a Brunch Engagement Party in my Parent's backyard. Should I give out favors? Any ideas? THANK YOU!

Re: Engagement Party Favors??? Any Suggestions?
You don't have to go crazy, you can give something small. Do you have any kind of theme? Let me know the 'feel' your going for.

we did cookies in the shape of our initials 'K' and 'B'. My stepmom made them and they were easy to decorate.

we did personalized mini wine bottles...sutter home chardonnay and merlot...they were such a hit because we did the labels ourselves and tied ribbons and love charms around the neck.

It will be at the end of May. I'm going for a 'Garden - tea party' theme.
I was thinking of getting planting seeds in a cute decroate bag, or flower magnets..but the magnets are really expensive - at least the one's I've seen.

What about the customized tea bags? they are pretty inexpensive, you could even give everyone 2 if you want... or pair them with the planting seeds.

I was just going to suggest the tea bags! We did drink mixes for our favor (luau theme) We gave two plastic cups with hibiscus flower printed on them with the personalized drink mix inside, wrapped them in cellophane and tied it with brightly colored ribbons. They were a hit, I don't have a pic, I should really add one, maybe when I get home!

My FSIL made us chocolate lollipops. I ordered the molds in various love type shapes and she did them for me. They didn't cost much at all and they seemed to go over quite well!

We made homemade chocolate for FH's brother engagement party. Time consuming but not expensive unless you order ribbon that is personalized-paid $25 for that.
