well fellas nov 12 i have an engagement party to go to and as the title states its for my best man. i need some ideas as what to give for a gift. i do not want to give just money i want to do something creative and need your help with some clues as to what you think would be a good gift. for our party they gave us a basket with champagne and wine to celebrate all of our fiirsts together. our engagement, first night as a newlywed, first night in a house, child and so on. if you can think of anything it would be greatly appreciated.

How about the candle basket... there is a cute poem that goes with it and you light the candle for all the different special nights... im sure if you do a search you could find the poem...

hmmmm, so it's gift from the two of you. Hope this isn't too un-macho: how about a basket of holiday decorations for their house if they have one? or a his and hers watch set? include a card with a cute saying like 'a love for all time'... Good luck!
