Any suggestions for an egagement party- we are thinking on spending $30-40pp.
Went to Fox Hollow and they gave us something for $49-
Any suggestions for something a little cheaper?

i would do somthing much cheapier say a small resturant. This is event while it means something does not last that long and i believe is not wortht 50 pp. i am paying 25 for the Babylon Carragie House (Sat Night) i would save money and apply it some place else

I had my e-party in april at the babylon carriage house. It is definitely in your price range. Here is the link to the pictures.
You can also check out the milleridge and captain bills. Both places are also in the price range and i have been to parties at both and it was excellent.

I am having mine at Pace's Steakhouse in Port Jeff. I love the food and we're getting a great price (def. lower than 30.00)

Peppercorns in Farmingdale quoted me 23 bucks a plate. I opted for a church basement. I wanted a more intimate event and my grandma wanted to cater it.

yeah.. my mom works with a guy that knows the owner...so i think they made an expection for this party because for that. they told me recently since it's been busy that they have been using that room on friday/saturday nights

the place looks very nice. Does it have a dance floor? Finace really wants to be able to have a DJ... so we were looking into boking a last minute catering hall.

Try Timber Point Country Club . . . they did a great job for ours and their prices were very reasonable!!!

I had mine at The Garden City Casino in Garden City. It is a small country club and the room is absoluteley gorgeous. They do the food and all. They are in your price range. Oh and the food was great!! Let me know if you want more info.

we had our engagement party at domenicos in levitown. it was amazing. the room, the service, and the food was amazing. we paid low $30's and that included chioce of 5 entrees, 2 appetizers, salad, beer, wine soda and desert. i highly recommend it

I am having my e-party Memrl Sun/weekend Family & Friends are going to cook & it will be at my home. Saved money this way
