Engagement Party Locations and Question about CHurch

Okay...so we booked our wedding... but its in 2 years

We have finally decided to have our engagement party in January after much deliberation lol

Does anyone know of any restaurants or halls in Nassau or Suffolk that have room for a dance floor, have open bar, and buffet all for under 40 pp?

Also we booked a Sunday wedding and we are Catholic. What time are ceremonies usually on Sunday...i Hope not too late!

I would call your church ASAP I was going to have a Sunday wedding but the church only does weddings twice a month on Sundays they have Cristenings the other two Sundays!

I think it really depends on the church. I had my wedding on a Sunday and they offered times of 2:00 or 3:30. I know that many churches perform ceremonies after mass on Sunday's so most likely your ceremony will be after 1:00.
