Engagement Party pics and video...

I will ask a cousin to film the party as it goes on. I will have another cousin take pictures. I will have a camera on each table for the guests to take pictures.
I will ask one of my BM's to take pictures of all the 'must' take shots. Placecard table, the table centerpieces, and all that other stuff.
Is this enough for one night? I will be supplying my cousin with film and my BM will be using my camera.
Should we have someone bring a back up video camera just in case my dad's (one my cousin will use) acts up?

Yeah I would tell someone to bring another camera. I didn't plan it this way, but my family filmed with our camera and Fh's friend filmed with his camera and they each got things the others missed.
