My parents are giving FH and I our engagement party in April. My FIL's didn't want to participate in helping with the party AT ALL.. and I wanted to do something special for my parents for being so nice and for doing this for us... Any good suggestions on a gift or gesture for throwing us our EP? any feedback would be great?

maybe a gift certificate to a restaurant - we are haveing our e-party in april too, and trying to figure out what to get for our parents as well.

Gift certifificate to a restaurant sounds good.. maybe you can add broadway tickets.. dinner then a show.

same as us. Our e-party is april and is being given by my parents. I want to get them something also. Any other suggestions other than a gift certificate???
