I also fell in love with the cutest save the date magnets (just need to book the location now).
So the question is do you send the magnets at a later date once it is closer? Give them out at the party? or any other ideas? I am new to all this and don't know which to plan on doing!

i would send save the dates about a year b4 the wedding or less- definitely after the eparty- well thats what i think.

If you will have them by the e-party i would just give them out as the favors!
I always thought I would do that, but it looks like we will be booking soon and not having our E-party until next spring-summer....so I will be mailing them out, just because I will have so many out of town guests and I want to make sure they all know that I would love for them to come to ny that weekend!!!

I included my save the date magnets with my thank you cards from the e-party. I thought it would be nice to give them a little something in the envelope.
I was going to leave them on the table at the e-party but was scared people would forget them.

I would send them out later. Only because your e-party is so soon. I'd send them out about a year in advance... JMHO.
