Hey everyone, me and my FH were trying to think of places to have an engagement party. We were trying to do the vineyard thing, but the site fees are so expensive and most places we can only do at night.
Does anyone know of inexpensive places or outdoor parks, beaches, etc????

I think we're doing a backyard party. You can try Eisenhower park.
Caffe on the Green in Bayside has an outdoor area that I think you can use for your event...not sure though.
You can also contact museums and botanical gardens, but something tells me that they'll be very expensive too.

The Brickhouse Brewery in Patchogue has rooms upstairs for private parties. The decor is pretty cool and the food is really good!

We were thinking of doing an Outdoor/Park-type Engagement party. I was thinking about Eisenhower Park or Cedar Creek. I think you can also have a function at Lido Beach. I remember going there for one when I was younger.
