I really did not want to go this route, but I might have to..
Can anyone recommend a venue to have an engagement party in Nassau County? I am talking on the cheaper end. Also, if you have any kind of price points you can give me, that would be great.

we had ours at Franklin Caterers on New Hyde Park Road.
Pricing wasn't bad and the food is sooo amazing!

We had it at Westbury Manor and I'm pretty sure we didnt pay more then $50/head.
Food was great and service was awesome

The K of C in Oceanisde is very nice and has full catering packages. We had my parents 50th birthdays there a few years ago. I think it was about $35 pp, but that was a while ago. Also the K of C in Seaford is nice too, I think its called the Memorare Club or something like that.

I'm at the end of Nassau but I just had mine at Katie Daly's in Massapequa. It was very affordable, the food was good and they have a dance floor. FM if you want more info.
I also looked at the bulldog but that's in Amityville.
