Anyone have any ideas on where to go on an engagement shoot?

our engagment shoot was included in our photography package, so we just did it in the back of the studio!

we are planning on doing ours at the Long Island City piers so we can incorporate the NYC Skyline into some of the shots.

We did ours in DUMBO in Brooklyn (I was living in Brooklyn and DH proposed in Brooklyn) and got a great mix of urban, garden, and water shots. It was really fun!

good question! i was looking for a place to do our e-pics too!

our photographer suggested sunken meadow and i'm so glad there are other brides here that posted photos of that place!

We're probably going to do ours at the beach. We didn't want to do it at the photo studio.

I would take it somewhere meaningful to you.

FH and I met in HS, so we'd love to do some shots at our HS in lower manhattan and then either the park near there, or central park if possible.
