Engagement Photo Sites: PLEASE HELP!

My Fiance and I are looking for a cool and unusual engagement photo location. We really love 5 Beekman Street in Manhattan. Its an abandoned building from the late 1880's and has a really cool feel. Basically, our idea is to capture photos at a place that initially looks dilapidated but has beauty all around it, if that makes sense.

If any knows who I can contact to get photos done at 5 Beekman that would be awesome or if anyone can give some ideas that would be great too! Thanks everyone.
