Anyone have a cool and unique place to take engagement photos? We don't want to do a Beach or Arboretum. Any ideas girls???

Is there somewhere that is special to you and your FH? If not, then maybe a park or by a bridge.

Hey- I dont know where you live.. but we live in Astoria and took pics at Astoria Park.. which was standard.. but then we went to five pointz in LIC which has all graffitti which was cool and then we went to Socrates Park which had all these cool/ weird sculputres...

We haven't done ours yet, but we'll be doing them in Manhattan in the meat packing district. I love city shots and it will be a good contrast to our wedding pics at the castle.

We did ours in DUMBO Brooklyn, since I've lived in brooklyn for 8 years and DH proposed in Brooklyn. The pics had a real urban feel (some of them) but also a real fairtale / movie sort of feeling too.

We took some of ours at the antique carousel at Hempstead Lake State Park. There's a $50 permit fee, but the carousel is gorgeous!

I was thinking about doing ours at Grand Central Station. Our wedding pics will be very lush and green and I think it'd be a nice contrast.
