When should they be done? I missed my opportunity (it seems) for the summer and I'm not much of a winter person. Should I take them in April??? MY STD's are already out so I don't need them for that...

U can take them now if u want... I dont think there is a 'time' for them...
I got engaged on 01/25/2010... took E-pics on 6/21/10...
ETA: I think Sept is Better than April...

You can wait until then do them if you want. That way you have enough time to get the proofs back and possibly use them in the wedding.
If you are not opposed to Fall weather though, I think those pictures are beautiful - esp. when the leaves change!

I only took them because I wanted to use some for save the dates to send out this fall.
I don't really know what people use them for??? I guess if you don't have a specific use in mind, the time doesn't matter.
A few of the 2010 girls were taking them only a few months before their wedding.

I might use them for table numbers but it's not a necessity. Fall could work if they are available...maybe May since April rains so much! lol

September is really hot too,you could pretend they are summer pics. If you want fall pics, wait until the leaves change! April is nice too though.

oh man - i just remembered this is why we kept on pushing back the epics. I wonder if the leaves will start changing late sept?

you can even do them well into november, but obviously they will be more of a fall theme but you can still get amazing pics!

I just booked mine for October 31st so I can get the fall colors. They told me to book for late October for fall colors.

You still have the time for warm photos until about begining of oct. Another option is to wait until spring or june of next year.
