I'm so excited for my engagement pics on Wednesday! We're taking them at the planting fields arboretum in Oyster Bay. Any advice or things you wished you had/hadn't done?
I have a makeup trial and I'm getting a blow out and we each have a dressy and casual outfit. We'll probably also do a couple with Mets jerseys as well!

I say have fun & try to be as comfortable as possible. The day of my e-shoot I was a nervous wreck and my makeup artist cancelled on me 30 minutes before she was supposed to be at my house. I didn't give myself enough time to go somewhere else so I had to do it myself. It came out good but I wished I would've left some time just in case of an emergency.

I can't believe your makeup person cancelled right before. Luckily I'm going to a salon, so I'm sure that won't happen b/c the salons reputation would be on the line. I'm looking forward to it. FH doesn't know how we're going to take pics for 1 1/2 hours, but I think it will be ok!

Have a great time - have fun with it! We did ours yesterday, and the 'un-posed' pictures were mostly our favorites.

Have fun! We thoroughly enjoyed shooting and used it as an opportunity to get to know our photographer. We couldn't believe 90 minutes had passed when he was like 'okay, looks like we're done unless you want anything else!' Just be yourselves :)
