Engagement Picture Outfit Options - Please Help

Girls,

Any opinions on what should be worn on an engagement shoot? Should you and your honey have clothes that are similiar or matching in colors.

My FI and I are stuggling with this topic and our shoot is tomorrow. We both just tried on clothes and nothing that we like seems to match

We didn't match and I wish we had. I especially wish I had worn a darker color and not a print, JMO. Good luck and have fun!!!

I went crazy for days before we were taking pictures...we werent engaged yet but we wanted nice pictures....finally that day after hearing so many opinions on what to wear i called the photographer freaking out...he told me it is best to wear solid color shirts...preferably white

I agree-solids are good, they seem to pop in pictures.

We wore neautral colors...FH had a white button down with khakis and I had a white tank, with beige sweater and jeans. Here's a pic

we coordinated. he had on a white tshirt with a blue printed shirt over it and tan shorts. i had a white top, with blue capris. i think coordinating looks nice in pics, but you should stay casual for sure. pics are in my album.

I dont think you need to match but the colors should be some what coordinated. I also suggest wearing solids instead of prints they show up better in pics
