So I am about to book my engagement picutres. Should I wait to take them until the weather gets warmer and we have more photo opportunities? like in May? or should i book them for sooner?
Ideas???
I don't need them for any specific thing - like frames - they are just for us to keep - so no rush.

I'm waiting till around August.. I don't need them for anything either and I want to be nice and tan for them!
I guess it depends on the location you pick! I want to do it near a bridge or in a garden so a sunny day is a must!

We just did a few b/c we needed a couple for our engagement party. We didnt do them w/ our photog but w/ a friend.
If you are just going to keep them and not used them - say wait but also depends on where you want to do them.
If you want to do outdoors, then wait till things are in bloom but if you want indoors you can do them anytime you want.

We're going to wait until spring/summer. Kind of have to book the photographer first, but after that we'd like nice weather.

Us too! We arranged for ours for May 3rd (I'm guessing there will be blossoms since the Brooklyn Botanical Garden has their festival the two days before!). We need ours for our STDs, so that affected on the day we chose. I say pick a time that works for you!
