We just did a TTD shoot but it was billed like an e-pics shoot. It was supposed to be 2 hours but we were all having so much fun it lasted about 3. lol! And we did tip.

ETA: They deserved every penny!

Mine was also included, but I gave her one anyways. At first she did not except but I told her if she didn't take it I would not hire he for the wedding, so she had no choice :) The pictures took about 2 and a half hours.
