Engagement Shoot

My sister just told me that in two weeks we will be taking family portraits that she can turn into a christmas gift for our mom. On top of that, she has asked the photographer to do a few engagement shots of my fiance and I which will become our christmas present! I never planned on having an E-shoot because we are trying to spend as little as possible, but now I am so excited!

Since it is pretty last minute, does anyone have any cute and different ideas for poses or props? I have seen so many on pinterest but never really paid attention to them since I didnt know I should be!

That's awesome! Look on Pinterest, I saved so many poses and shots from there.

I'm really bad with original ideas, but congratulations! I am SO glad we did e-pics and we had such a great time doing them. Have a blast!

Yay! I'm so glad you get to do e-pics! FH and I weren't going to do them either. We made up our contract with the photographer without them, but at the very last minute we decided to do it and I'm SO glad we did!

Like Chaz mentioned, Pintrest has great ideas. For last minute props, you can bring Scabble pieces that spell out love and the 'O' is your e-ring. Also a blanket if you're taking outdoor shots looks very cute! If you really wanted to, maybe you could rush order something on Etsy?
