Engagement shoot next week. What should I wear?

I'm not sure what to wear. Jeans or dressy? What did you do?

i wore a white sundress & he wore a white shirt & khaki pants.
i say get dressed, you don't take professional portraits often.
if it were cooler out, you could have did jeans with nice sweaters. heres one of mine.

Will you be using them for anything...we wore coordinating colors. That always makes for a nice pix.

Thanks for posting your beautiful pictures! We booked with Patken but they said they would assign our photographer when we went for the engagement shoot. We've got no special plans for the pictures. We just want to find out who our photographer is and hang up some nice new photos of us together.

I wore a sleeveless pantsuit and he work a checkered short sleeve shirt with dockers. We wanted to be somewhat casual.

I wore blackpants, a red and gold tanktop with a red and gold blouse over it and my FI wore black pants and a yellow dress shirt. We wanted to kind of match.

I wore tan pants dress pants and a linen button-down shirt. My FH wore khakis and a long-sleeved polo. We took pictures at the beach so we wanted to look somewhat casual. It was freezing out so we had our jackets on for half the pictures anyway.

My shoot is in October in Central Park and we're planning on wearing jeans and sweaters. Friends of mine did theirs on the beach and wore khakis and white t-shirts.

Took mine yesterday.

I wore black capris and and red and black tank top. FI wore black three button shirt with khaki's. We wanted a casual look because they we outdoors...saving the dressy look for the wedding day!
