where did everyone put there envelopes that they got at the engagement party--need more ides. thanks

We had a gift table that had a big picture of us on it, as well as 2 vases of flowers. This is where all the gifts and envelopes were placed. Most people saw the table and put it there themselves, rather than handing it to us.

Most of our guests were just handing them to us. I kept giving them to my grandmother to hold because I knew they would be safe and sound with her and that none would be misplaced!

We put all of ours on the gift table. It was the easiest and nothing got misplaced

I was told a card box at an engagement party is a little nervy (i wanted one )
So Grandma will be in charge of the cards, since she never leaves the table

we had a table that people put gifts on.... and everyone gave the envelopes to me that I had an enveople that I kept in the tote bag I brought and kept in the corner by our table lol
