Our engagment party is coming up in September and my mom wants to get us/me something really special....she suggested the champagne flutes for the wedding and I thought it was a great idea...but she wants to do something that we would like now...we dont have a house yet or anything close to getting a place to live....but any suggestions?

Just because you don't have a place to live yet doesn't mean that you can't get place settings and other items off your registry.

What about a nice frame or photo album. You can put your engagement photo in it.

Right now FH and I could use a quiet dinner alone. I would love a gift certificate! (maybe even a night away in a hotel!)

My mom got us our bedding for my bridal shower ..... I'm not sure if your guys live together or not, so if you DO then bedding would be great for you guys too- and if not, then I love the idea of a really nice photo album or scrap book that you guys can do together.... I'll try and think of something else too!!
