anyone?? We are buying my grandfathers house, it was appraised for 279-299, we are buying it for 215k. its a small 2 bedroom, we are looking to put some $ into it and sell or rent it when we move down to florida. I want to get it inspected though and I have no idea who to call?

It's been almost 5 years, but I am pretty sure they still do home inspections.

We used Tauscher Cronacher on Long Island (sorry I don't have the number with me) and they were very thorough. I think they charged $450.
