English Please

How come a person who grew up in the 'Hood' knows better sense than to write this in a final documentation for the client:

'For SRP9 of FG or FGI, it should be gotten from Manugistics information that will be on the spreadsheet'

That is a VERY professional statement. Wow.

I couldnt believe it as I was reading it.. LOL

I understand perfectly Everyone uses slang / bad grammar occassionally but you should never send out a communication to a client or customer like that.

'I gots those things that you asked for!' LOL
