I want to get my toasting flutes engraved. Where can i go?? Where did you guys go for your engraving? I've heard that Things Remembered won't do it because they are afraid it will break. True?

I didn't get my cake knife and server yet but i am 99% sure i will get these. The handles of the server and knife are covered with 'diamonds'. They match the crystals in the flutes. Haha! I saw them in person and they were very pretty.

Did you get yours yet?

I got toasting flutes for my engagement party, and they are the $$ crystal. Am I supposed to bring them to the wedding? That makes me nervous...but Im not sure if thats what was intended when they gave me the gift.

Thanks! Ebay is the only place I've been able to find them, so I was wondering if you got them somewhere else.

Quick question, can you tell me what the bottom/stand part of the flutes look like? Are they a flat disc or are they raised a bit? Hard to describe my own question so I hope you know what I mean, LOL.

You might want to check out the swarovski crystal flutes, honestly they look exactly the same. I was in swarovski this past weekend and they had them in the store.

Are those the swarofsky ones? (I was originally looking at those, or somthing similar) and NO ONE would take the chance to engrave it.

These were mine . . . I loved them & they were also engravable, and very similar to my crystal steamwear . .

Re: Engraving

Those are mine too. I would say Things Remembered would engrave them, but they charge a pretty penny when you bring in outside merchandise (theres an extra fee if its not their items). I'm getting mine done at an egraving stand in a mall near me (Palisades Center Mall) -- I've had other things done there and they alwasy came out great and it doesnt cost much. If you dont mind a drive, FM me for details of the place.

Yes, you can use them as your toasting flutes for the wedding. It helps if you still have the box/package that they came in to keep them safe at the reception site.

However if you don't...I know someone who can keep an extra special eye on them.
