Need some input--is anyone having their wedding band engraved? And if so, what do you put? I know this may seem like a silly question, I was just wondering...

We didn't get them done. I think it's a nice idea not to and then later on, your husband can engrave them with something special at like your 5 yr anniversary or something.

We.... well I decided we were.
We put the following in both of them:
Danielle <3 (heart) Gary 3-9-08
I think it looks so nice considering we have matching bands.

I had 'Put this back on!' engraved on my DH's.
Honestly, we didn't have ours engraved. You can put your initials and wedding date, something sweet, an inside joke... whatever you want!

FH engraved my E-Ring with the words - 'Always Forever'
that is our little saying to eachother - i thought it was really sweet......
dont know if we will engrave our wedding bands though.....

mine says 'jimi-bear' and his says...ummm i dunno...it's a line from our wedding song. they both have our wedding date on them

i saw another bride's pictures on here and it said 'home is always with you' i think. i thought it was really sweet.

We just got our names (his in mine, mine in his) and our wedding date. It's totally up to you what you put.
