well i just called flowerama about my dress - when i was there the woman said that the dress could take 6 months to come in so i assumed it would be in in 6 months
but i just called and the guy said the dress will come EIGHT weeks before the wedding - is that enough time for alterations and stuff?! it seems awfully close!
now i am freaking AND i have to call back since i ordered my veil and tiara with them too and i DEFINITELY need those before then bc i want to do my trial with them. . .
i understand WHY it is 8 weeks before, i wouldnt want it hanging around there for long either - but i am just not sure it is enough time!

Re: enough time for alterations?
I know a lot of brides lie about their wedding dates to the bridal shops, I guess for this reason!!

yea I wouldn't worry too much about it matilde. I'm pretty sure that even if your dress came in before then they probably wouldn't let you start your alterations until about a month and a half to 2 months before the wedding.
