I feel bad for people with allergies, I really do. But my officemate has sneezed about 10 times in the last 5 minutes. Now he's sniffling and snorting. Gross. People down my hall have been sneezing constantly too. Take some Claritin already!

One of my sisters has terrible allergies and when she sneezes it's like a machine gun. I made her move to Queens. Try that with your co-worker.

I wish! And the worst part is that since he used all my tissues, I refuse to buy more. It's his turn, cheap *******! But now I have to listen to him sniffling constantly - blech.

Guilty as charged. I do feel bad about it, and would much rather be at home. I had allergy injections 3 times a week for 11 years, but this time of year nothing helps.

The sniffling is what drove me mad. We shared a room for a bit, and in her sleep, she would do this sniffling/breathing thing: *sniff**sniff**sniff**aaaaaah**sniff**sniff**sniff**aaaaaah* I wanted to smother her!
And one of the women in my office does this bizarre back-off-the-throat clicking during allergy season.
The noises, my god!

you sound like my sister. She use to pray out loud at night to God that I would run out of snot. It pisses off DH when I sneeze 15 times in a row and my family doesn't bless me everytime. He is very tolerant of my allergies, I know he loves me.
I use to feel bad in school taking test, because of my bad post nasal drip, I was constantly snorting, because when writing with my head down there was just no stopping it.

He does love you! My sister's BF does that too, while the rest of us just say 'Stop it already!' And then, to make us look even worse, he makes her little individual cups of chocolate mousse to take to work with her.

that is funny!! My mom use to make me and my sister do chores every saturday, so I would start a sneezing fit because of the vacuuming, and my sister would complain to my mother and say she is doing it again. They thought it was my ploy to get out of housework.
