Is anyone using props during your entertainment? Is this something that people still do or is it getting outdated?

Big debates on this topic on this site.
Some people do them, others don't.
I'm not doing them, just because I don't particularly enjoy them and they don't fit out style.
However, lots of other people like them and think they create a party atmosphere.

I'm not. We don't really like them. When I go to parties, and I get them, I find them annoying- you dance around with them for 5 minutes and then want to get rid of them, and they are laying all over the sides of the dance floor and all over the tables. This topic has started much drama in the past... I wonder if it will again today...

We had the option to do them for an extra fee but I didn't want to. We have the DJ do them at our block party every year and that's fine because there are kids everywhere and they love that stuff. But for my wedding? No thanks.
