We haven't officially decided yet, but I kind of like the Star Wars theme! I wouldn't do it myself as FH and I aren't fans (I haven't even seen any Star Wars), but it is a cool idea!

I think about this all the time (and all the other song choices I have to make) ESP the recessional song. The Star Wars is cute, unless you don't like Star Wars in any way then it doesn't make sense

BP entrance song- 'right now' by van halen FH & I - start off with the drum intro from 'lay your hands on me' by bon jovi and then have the DJ switch to 'livin' on a prayer' by bon jovi.
I am very indecisive so this could change a million times before the wedding lol
i think the star wars theme is a cool idea. I like those little personal touches- whether it's something you like, your FH likes, or both.

OK you guys are going to laugh but FH and I will be walking in to the Rangers goal song it's just perfect. We both wanted something silly, and we're huge Rangers fans so it was just meant to be haha. I can't wait to watch that on our wedding video over and over and over again LOL
If we weren't doing that, it would definitely be Star Wars though, I think thats an awesome idea!

FH LOVES LOVES LOVE like obsessed with Star Wars. We have even discussed having a vintage Star Wars theme nursery for our future children so it would definitely apply. I think my OCD is where it is getting me tripped up. Is it weird to have Star Wars entrance song when there are NO other aspects of Star Wars in our wedding? I am so crazy, I know.

I don't think it's weird at all-it's just a song.. It's not like you're going to walk in wearing Star Wars costumes when that's not your theme ... THAT would be clashing. I think choosing that song is just 'YOU'... And people who know you would get it and think it was cute/funny. It doesn't have to be so serious and perfect, especially after all the visible details are perfect anyway :)

I've thought about Forever for the BP too, but I don't think they'd be into a choreographed entrance and I feel like an upbeat song like that begs for a little dancing. So...I might go gangster and have them introduced to 'Still' from Dr. Dre.
We are thinking about the theme song from Battlestar Galactica for our intro music. FH is obsessed with that show and loves the taiko drums so much that he's bought every soundtrack CD from the series.

We were actually talking about this last time he was here since that's when we booked the dj. There was dancing involved and its going to be difficult no matter what because he just can't dance.. at all. I think for the bridal party we'll have dynamite by taio cruz and for us it'll be I choose u by timeflies even though there's a few lines that aren't the best. Maybe the dj can skip over those somehow?
