Envelope Etiquette
Hi! What is the appropriate way to address an envelope to a married couple where the woman kept her maiden name?

Re: Envelope Etiquette
I believe it's:
Mr. John Doe &
Mrs. Jane Joe
The couples I had like that, I put:
Mr. & Mrs. Robert Henderson even though the Mrs. kept her maiden name.
I had one where it was:
Dr. Mara L & Mr. Adam P
I'm not sure if that was supposed to have been: Mr. & Dr. Adam P...
Maybe you can google etiquette books for this one.

Re: Envelope Etiquette
The woman's name is first then the man's name.
Ms. Doe and Mr. Smith

Re: Envelope Etiquette
I had one situation like that. I put:
Mrs. Angelina Jolie and Mr. Brad Pitt..
but that was b/c I am closer to the girl. I think you put whoever you are closest to first.

You use Ms. if the women kept her maiden name.
And put her name first.
