Envelope Printing - HELP!

Hi Ladies.

I am trying to print my envelopes, and all the trials on regular copy paper are coming out great. But then when I insert the envelope, the printer doesn't pull it in and says that the paper is jammed!!!

What am I doing wrong??? Any advice?

I have been struggling with the envelope situation myself...

It sounds like the flaps are catching and not letting the envelope slide through smoothly...

make sure the flap is REALLY flat. I actually feed one envelope at a time and give each one a little gentle push...

I finally got the hang of it...I had to use my ink jet though...the laser printer was a disaster...
