I had my invitations calligraphied, but now I have two more couples that I need to send invites too. I was trying to print the envelope on my printer but I cant figure out what size to make it so it works. I have square envelopes. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Envelope question
ok i have this same issue...b/cI have 6x6 square envelopes for my invites. Since those dimensions are not found in word, what you have to do is this.
open a new doc and go to page set up set your page to the dimensions of your envelope. Once that'ts done insert a text box and center it on the page. on the text box properties, make sure that your text is centered. and that should work.
Play around w/ test envelopes until you get the desired size and position.
good luck- hope it works.

Re: Envelope question
Measure the envelope and then go into Microsoft Word and under tools, there's a envelope option. Set the measurements the same as the envelope.

Re: Envelope question
In microsoft word there is an option to custom size the paper. Set the size of your paper in there, then what you see on the page in print view will be what it will print like.
Make sure you set your printer to print on envelopes (or cardstock if you don't have an envelope setting) so that it knows it is printing on a thicker type of paper.
If that doesn't make any sense, let me know and I can put together a template for you if you'd like.
I did all my envelopes and inner envelopes myself this way. I also printed 3x5 cards for my photo upload website this morning very simply by doing the same thing.
