eparty tip question

eparty tip question

so we're having our eparty nxt sunday and everything is ready! i will upload pics soon...especially of our favors..a hs friend is making engagement ring cookies as our favors!! yummm

anyway my question is....do i need to tip the restaurant's event planner?!?!?! she's like the mgr/event planner...

everytime i meet w/her i love her...she's great to talk to and very entertaining..HOWEVER it is so fing IMPOSSIBLE to get her on the phone or get her to respond emails!!!!!

btw..its a small event 48 adults..

so what do u guys think ? tip or no tip?

Personally, I probably wouldnt. But for some reason I am really picky about who i do and do not tip. I am not cheap at all...just dont feel people should get tips for doing their job. If she's the manager, I dont think she needs to be tipped. I'm sure you are already paying a service and gratuity fee.

I did not tip the banquet manager for my e-party, but who knows, my dad might've slipped him something. We had my e-party at my father's country club, so my family is very well known there, especially my father. He's also known for his very generous tips, so it's entirely possible he tipped the banquet manager and didn't tell me. But as far as I know, he didn't get one.

we're having our at a local restaurant...
i mean the event planner is great only when i get to talk to her.....the problem is that she's extremely difficult to get in touch with it drives me nuts!!!

i wnated to make sure that i wasnt missing anything by not tipping her...
