EParty was AMAZING!!! Mini Review
I know it's been a few days since... I've been recovering! LOL
Mini Review:
Weather (A+!)- It was some sort of miracle it didn't rain! I think all the prayers and good vibes and well wishes worked! Also, one of our groomsmen's cousin just tragically passed and he said he 'spoke to his cousin for us.' It worked! Not a drop of rain and even a peak or 2 of sun! And like no bugs either.
Music- LI Sound (A+)- I was convinced the DJ hated us when he got there cuz his location was not ideal (going over grass, wires not covered right) but I think we got over that! The music was amazing--- We danced all night long! And before we danced the 'background music' (DMB, 311, OAR, John Legend, etc) and volume (which my mother was so worried about) was perfect! At the end of the night I told DJ Brett 'You're in the wedding!' LOL And he works with my MC (Mike all the time which is good!). And he made us 2 CD's of the music I requested and now I listen to them while I'm i my car!
Food- Guy Anthony's 'BBQ Fun' Package (B+/A- ? See cake issue)- Oh the food was so yummy! We had grilled lamb, steak, chicken bruchetta, hamburgers, veggies. I had 1 bite of everything! They were on time, courteous, brought their grill and pop-up tent, and got to work! We had a grill master and waitress and they did a fantastic job! And the leftovers the next day was so yummy too! Our cake was beautiful, but one complaint. When I told Guy I wanted red velvet cake with cream cheese filling with chocolate ganache on top he told me he never heard of it and would have to speak to the pastry chef. When I spoke to him the day before the party he said the pastry chef never heard of red velvet either (really? I find that hard to believe) and that he made the cake chocolate with choc mousse filling with the ganache. OK, great, I love choc on choc but FH DOES NOT. And was not happy. But I delt with it!

The party was a blast from begining to end. We had about 75-80 people. The party lasted till about 2am. The keg was kicked. There was puke on the lawn. We danced, we sang, we ate, we played beer pong with my mom. What more can I say? LOL
