epics in nyc..

Sorry to crash your boards..but as many of you have taken e-pics already..i have a question about nyc regulations regarding picture taking....I plan on taking my pics by the brooklyn bridge (in the brooklyn bridge park adjacent to the empire fulton ferry state park) do i need a permit for this ? does anyone know? i think i would die if i do..my shoot is in 11 days!
