Epics in Winter-thoughts/ideas

So FH and I are getting married in May (memorial day weekend) so we agreed it would be cool to have our Epics in a different season for a contrast of pics. As the days are now shorter and we would like the sunset and since Fall is almost over, FH thinks it may look pretty if we take epics in winter (with snow on ground)

Ok, sooo..anyone else thinking of doing this? Thoughts? pics if anyone did do this already?
Only part Im not crazy about it having to wear coats in the pictures..

i would love to do epics with the snow all around. great idea!

It's a great idea but very hard to plan when there will be snow. I think great winter ideas could include EAB Plaza with the tree, an ice skating rink.
