Does anyone know if I need a permit or special permission to shoot my e-shoot at long beach? Does anyone know of any beaches that we can go to that do not require permits?

I don't believe you need any permit in Long Beach. I live there and I always see people doing photos on the beach and boardwalk. That's where we are doing ours next month!

Long Beach as in the town, or the beach in Nissequogue? If Nissequoque, I don't believe so, but they like to make up rules there as they go along, so who knows LOL.

I dont think you do. DH and I go out and take pics all the time on LB and no one has ever said anything to us.
