Episcopal wedding program?

Our priest emailed us the program- its the ENTIRE mass... and it's 14 pages!!! I think that's ridiculous and a major waste of paper: 7 pages folded in 1/2 x nearly 200 guests- thats over 1000 sheets of paper! And I'm kinda a tree hugger so no way...

I'm trying to cut it down, but there are certain things I should probably keep in there so that the congregation knows when to speak... but I'm not sure what to take out. Anyone have a sample program specific to the Episcopal church?? I'm really down to the wire over here!
