I thought ER was so good tonight!! I think Abby is going to change over to a med school thing and leave nursing. I also think the new resident (with the asthma) is going to be the new hottie while Carter is gone.

Call me a stickler but I didnt like the way that they portrayed Elizabeth...with the guy in the car. And in next weeks episode too. I know its been almost 2 years but doesnt she still love and miss Mark?!?!?!

Abby needs to stop feeling so sorry for herself all the time.

Sooooo happy Kovac is home but sad Carter wont be around for a while.

The asthma guy is a cutie but Scott Grimes' character is so yummy too!

The girl med student gets on my nerves for some reason.

I actually felt sorry for Romano tonight...I love him!

I'm hoping Kovac & Abby get back together. I never liked her w/ Carter.

The Dr that Elizabeth is with used to be on that show Jesse w/ Christina Applegate. He played Diego. He is SO cute!!

Cooper (Coop to my friends) is acting like Pratt did when he first started.

I tell you when Carrie called Romano her b!tch I almost lost it!!!

Yes i agree...Elizabeth deserves some loving.....heehee.....I couldnt believe that she was getting it on in the back of his car though.....

I felt so bad for that girl patient that wasnt going to live till her 21st birthday....I would of been so pissed if no one told me what was going on with me....I am sooo hapyy at the end that Abby went to her room to tell her.

I dont think Carter is an Azz....I think he was good with Abby at the beginning but they were going down hill from there. If he is happy doing what he is doing now, then more power to him.

I think Luca is good with the girl he is with now. I think Abby wants to get back with him though...I dont think Luca should go back with him.

It was basically a Dear John Letter. Abbey didnt read the letter out loud, but the entire ER department read the letter....because when she went to throw it out, she missed the pail, and the old guy from behind the counter took it and showed it to everybody.

I loved last night's episode - I think they need to get some more new blood on the show, and I love the Indian woman's name (from Bend it Like Beckham).

I also agree that Abby needs to chill - I'm tired of all the bellyaching and BS with her and her life! That's mean, I know.

Scott Grimes' is a cutie but I think the surgeon that hooked up with Elizabeth is definitely the new stud!

I don't see him that way though - I keep remembering him as 'Diego' from that short lived sitcom with Christina Applegate

The scene with Romano and Carrie was HYSTERICAL!!! It's about time he gets put in his place. Even the new resident wasn't backing down. I can't STAND Romano. He's such an arrogant, nasty, pr*ck!

He has gotten really nasty in the past few episodes...and I cant wait to see him get madder....Loved how he threw his arm through the window at the end

Noah Wylie's wife in real life had a baby - he took some time off to be with them but will be back in 6 episodes (or so) - according to PEOPLE

Abby was a med student her first year on the show- then her X-husband didn't pay her bill like the divorce agreement stated (she paid his way thru law school prior to her attending Med school) and she had to go back to nursing only. I agree that she will make the change to Med school again.

I think what Carter did stinks..
