We are booked at Fox Hollow and the bakery they are affiliated with is Erga Bakery in Bethpage. Has anyone done a tasting yet and if so are they good.

Re: Erga Bakery
Our wedding cake was from there and it was great! We had devil's food cake with raspberry preserves and white chocolate mousse with whipped cream. We were told that they do not do tastings by WM and the bakery this may have changed.

Re: Erga Bakery
someone just posted about this this week and i saw that they do tastings. If you call the bakery and tell them where you are getting married they will let you come in and taste test
