im not sure where to find them either...
maybe try emailing For The Modern Bride
they do custom work, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to do this..
Let me know if you find out how to get these made tho, I'd like to do the same when my day comes!

My florist is going to order it for me. They frame it, put it in the stand and all. She said it costs the same as custom made escort cards. Around $275

My vote is for DIY. It doesn't look that difficult and you can buy a frame cheap at a craft store.

Lovin Oven does them and I believe Fairy Tale Affairs in Massapequa. Love them, I had looked into it. but our guest list is too big, and I was told the font would be tiny!

I've heard a lot of brides on here DIY-work it up using a Word Program or some sort of photshop & then take it to Kinkos to get blown up. get a frame from michaels or home goods.
