I am working on my escort cards and we have couples listed together. Young adults and grown children are listed seperately mostly because they are sitting at seperate tables from their parents. But what about young children who are sitting with their parents? We have kids ranging from infant to 11, do they all get seperate escort cards or should they be listed on the same card as their parents? Thanks!

Re: Escort Card Question
I am listing small children (under the age of 10) who are sitting with their parents on the same card as their parents. The reason I'm doing this is because the placecards are attached to the favor and a 5 year old is not getting her own favor (we're doing keychains)
For example: Mr. and Mrs. John Brown Katherine Brown Table # 12

That makes sense - its not like the small child is going to look for their own card

Re: Escort Card Question
We gave them their own placecard, it wasn't attached to the favor so it wasn't a big deal, and I think it makes little kids feel special to have something that just says Miss Jane Smith....I remember going to aunts and uncles weddings as a child and getting excited to see my name on my own card!
ETA: the only kids that were sitting with their parents were the flower girls who were 6 and 7, so they were old enough to appreciate it. The other kids were all at a kids table and were a little older. If I had infants, not sure what I would do...

Re: Escort Card Question
We had a family of 6 all at the same table so we just put Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Family, Table 9

Infants should definitely go on their parents card. No point in wasting paper for them. I think anyone under age 5 should be on their parents card. If between 6-10 it's up to you. If its attached to favor then I would put them on their parents card. If its not I would probably give them their own. JMO of course.
