Whats the difference between escort cards and place cards? Or are they the same thing with different names?
Escort Cards tell them what table they are at... place card tell them what seat at that table...

Most people just do escort cards but call them placecards (like I always do) - I've never been to a wedding that had actual place cards. I don't think that I'd like being told exactly which seat at the table I had to use.
