Escort Cards

I know that married couples should appear on the escort card as Mr & Mrs. But I have at least 4 couples that have the same names and are not sitting at the same tables, so it does make a difference. I have one name that repeats 3 times. Which would be the proper way to do the cards

Mr John and Mrs. Jane Doe

or
Mr John Doe and Mrs. Jane Doe

or

is there another alternative?

I'm possibly having that problem, so what I'm doing is:

Mr. John Smith and Mrs. Jane Smith

That way they will differentiate themselves by the wive's names.

To keep all the cards looking the same, should I possibly do all the couples that way? I'm just thinking there are alot that I need to do this way, plus a lot of unmarried couples. So, if I did all the married couples

Mr John Doe and Mrs. Jane Doe

would it look more consistent

This is what I did too

I had a similar issue and we did

Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Doe.

That way it didnt look too inconsistent.

We wrote first & last names for everyone (no Mr & Mrs on the escort cards - we wanted to be less formal)

John & Jane Doe

ahhh I still have to do these

I decided to do them

Mr john doe
Mrs jane doe

I am going to do all the couples this way to keep it consistent.
