dad passed away so my mom is escorting me down the aisle. haven't decided yet if i want to ask my uncle or brother to do it too.

That is something I am trying to figure out too! traditionally it was only the father but I have seen it become increasingly popular for the mother to walk you down as well. I am really close with my mom so I wouldn't mind that!!
I think I am going to have dad walk me down as well
I am super traditional about this so I am only having my father escort me and he will only be in the car with me before the wedding
