Does anyone know anything about this co-op and also Parkwood Estates. I am probably going to see apts. there this weekend. Just wanted to know how the area is, how close to transportation, are the apts. smallish, etc... any info is appreciated. TIA
Where in Bayside? If the Estates are the ones I am thinking of, they are in a nice but busy area (near Bay Terrace). But really, all of Bayside seems to be nice so you can't go wrong.
OK, the Estates at Bayside are not the ones near Bay Terrace. Sorry.
We looked at a few apts at estates of bayside...some were nicer than others, of course. I know that there are many buses that run by there (don't know exactly which ones), but it is off of Springfield blvd, so that is a pretty central location.
