ETERNITY BAND GIRLS...

I am currently looking for an eternity band, but don't know what is considered a good price.

If you don't mind posting how much yours was/is and Total weight.

hi...i don't have one yet, but i noticed that the price range varies a lot. for example, my e-ring is very thin (2mm), so i wouldn't need big diamonds on my eternity band if i wanted the same thickness in a band.

also, i noticed that the style i wanted at tiffanys for $4000, G color, VS2 clarity (priced in the store) and the same ring at my jeweler with similar carat weight, G/H color, and SI clarity is less than $2000.

G seems pretty standard for small diamonds in wedding bands and baguettes for e-rings. of course, if you have a D color diamond, the color contrast may be noticeable.

also, with SI clarity, the human eye with no magnification cannot see the inclusions...especially in a small diamond.

It also depends on the size of the diamonds in your eternity band. My diamonds are 17 points each. What size diamonds are you looking for? My Eternity band is F/G Color with VS2 quality, and cost around 4k.

I guess, shop around and see what you like and what you dont like..

It depends if you're buying retail or wholesale (at a place like the Diamond District). Eternity bands range in price from 900-5000+ depending on metal, size, stones, quality, etc.

so true- I would recommend wholesale- mine woudl have been triple retail- and I never would have gotten it

We are getting ours direct from a jeweler in the district. It is designed and handcrafted by the same person. OH, also, it is platinum, that adds to price. The color and quality is important too.
